IMPHAL, Oct 5: The State Level KUT Committee (SLKC), Manipur would celebrate KUT 2009 on November 1 at Ist Manipur Rifles ground here.

Governor Gurbachan Jagat would attend the celebration as chief guest of the day time cultural programme while Chief Minister O Ibobi Singh would be the chief guest of the evening programme, according to a statement issued by chairman of SLKC V Hangkhalian.

The chairman further informed that the cash reward for Miss KUT, 2009 contest would be respectively Rs 75,0000 for the winner, Rs 50,000 for the Ist runner up and Rs 35,000 for the 2nd runner up.

The entry forms would be made available at the spot on payment of Rs 200 per form on the day of screening on October 11 at the banquet hall of Ist Bn MR from 11 am onwards.
